We were also taken places that were very interesting and that we never would have found on our own. We were taken to a few shops which is not something we really wanted but well worth the time. We never would have known that inside those obscure doors off a side alley contained magnificent showrooms of metal and fabric artists where the quality was far superior to the more visible shops. Very interesting and no pressure to buy.
A big plus of having a private guide was just to be able to wander through the maze that was the Medina without having to worry about where you were and how to find your way out. It made for a fascinating and relaxed half day. Highly recommended.

The camp was clean, the staff very friendly, and the tents bathroom and shower worked very well. Yahya is a great “fixer” and was able to assist us with several other parts of our trip.
