Around 8:00 AM, you’ll be picked up by your driver from your hotel. Start a day tour to visit Meknes, Moulay Idriss and Volubilis a Roman ruins.
After 45 minutes drive from Fes, arriving to Meknes, one of the four imperial cities of the country. Visit Bab El-Mansour gate, El Hedim square, the center of the city’s public gateway. Continue, to wander around the Medina alleyways and souks.
Continue to Meknes, to visit Mausoluem dedicated to Moulay Idriss tombs, the founder of Fes ancient Medina. After, hike through the narrow alleyways of the city to a view point looking over the Mausoluem and Village of Moulay Idriss.
Only 5Km from Moulay idriss, you come across, Volubilis a well preserved Roman ruins. In the Roman site, you will find arches, Columns, Mosaics, and a museum exhibits pieces found in the site.
Around 5PM, we depart back to Fes, driving through the Moroccan countryside, along side wine vineyard and olives tress. Upon arrival to Fez drop off at your hotel.
