If you are a lover of cooking and culinary arts this activity is ideal for you. In this Moroccan Cooking class you will learn part of the secrets of Moroccan gastronomy and learn to cook some of its most typical dishes. It is an ideal activity to do with the family and also with children.
The cooking class can take time either in the morning (11 AM) or in the afternoon (4 PM).
After we will pick you up from your accommodation, to meet your Chef in traditional Riad and discuss the recipe you will be cooking in this class. After, accompany by your Chef, you will head to the market to shop the main ingredients. Then back to the Riad where the cooking class will be take place.
With the help and instructions of your Chef, you will learn how to prepare these magnificent dishes (Moroccan salads, Harira, Couscous, chicken / kefta / vegetable Tagine, pastela).
It is a practical activity and, therefore, whatever your culinary experience, the important thing is to participate.
Once cooked, attendees will be able to enjoy your lunch or dinner, at a courtyard of a Riad.
At the end of the ccoking, we will drop you back at your accommodation.
